Reservations prior to the March 17, 2020 lockdown

During the period of confinement, stays in our campsite are cancelled.

According to the tourism ordinance “2020-315” of 26 March 2020, advance payments will be transformed into a “voucher” that can be used for 18 months.

The balances due for stays during this period will not be claimed.

You can at any time, ask the campsite to postpone your stay for a later date in 2020 or 2021. The campsite undertakes not to increase its rates in 2021.

The rates may be more or less expensive, if the number of people or the period chosen are different from the initial reservation.

In the event of non-renewal of the stay, and at the end of the validity of the credit note, a refund may be requested from the campsite.

Stays planned after de confinement or booked after 26th March 2020 will be subject to the general law of our general terms and conditions.

Cancellation insurance :

If you have taken out cancellation insurance through the campsite, it will only work if you are ill, or refused leave or unemployment .

This insurance, like all the others by the way, does not cover the cancellation of your stay for pandemic. But don’t worry, the totality of your deposit will be transformed into a “voucher”, including your insurance costs.

Tip: If you have a stay planned for this summer, wait until you know the authorized opening dates of the campsite. You will then be able to decide whether to postpone or maintain your stay.
